9.3 Beta to 9.3 Release

Greetings,

I am trying to upgrade from the beta 9.3 to the official 9.3 and it is not taking the file, something about the bin directory, if need be i can get the full messsage.

The questions are, is there a difference between the beta and official in terms of code and bugs/features?

And

Is it possible to upgrade using the upgrade file or must I do a fresh install?

I'd do a fresh install from ISO and import the config file. Beta had an updater regression at some point.
