300kbps transfer speed

Hello everyone

I am getting between 0-700kbps transfer speeds. At this point id be happy with 12mbps but if i can improve the speeds at all that would be great. Ive got the NAS connected via a switch to the modem and my computer is connected to the network wirelessly.

This there a common fix for this

Speed test results. Usually its faster than this but this is what it is today
9.38 Mbps download
9.83 Mbps upload

EDIT: Just adding it, TrueNAS is saying its only using 1% of CPU.

Hardware

• MSI B250m VD / LGA 1151 intel 6th 7th / m.2 Nvme DVI B150 B250 H110 ​

• Intel i5 6600​

• Gskill DDR4 -2133

Start with network tests and resolve those issues first.

And I suggest testing first with cables connections, following up with wireless
