Please wait for conformation of my suggestion before proceeding

Your output shows 6 drives online. Your pool is still showing degraded due to
the replaced drives not being offlined. if the offline option is greyed out or
unavailble in the GUI, perform a scrub of the volume and once it's finished
the offline option should become available according to the manual.
See the "Note" in section 8.1.10

As jgreco said it doesn't look good. Drives has been replaced but 18 Merrors? I don't think the data is still ok sadly...

Thanks for the info guys I have already been taking what data I can get off my NAS and build a new array from the wreckage :-(
