Just a quick post to share my upgrade experience in case anyone else sees the same thing.
11.2 stream was installed and working fine all the way to U8. The interface the is using was using dhcp (with a reservation in the router that runs the service).
On upgrading to 11.3 I lost the Web UI, the console showed it wasn't listening due to network failure.
My interface was up, but no address assigned and looks like dhclient wasn't run.
Simply running the client from a shell prompt:
dhclient <interfaceName>
Where <interfaceName> can be found using ifconfig if not known), got me an address and the Web UI running.
From there checking the network interface configuration and the DHCP option wasn't checked. Fixed that and now boots fine.
Not sure if the config was explicit or not in 11.2, but was working! So it could just not have survived the upgrade.
