Thought others would like to know my findings. If you use linux as me, I'm lazy so use nautilus (gvfs) as filemanager. Now the finding. When mounting a cifs share on freenas with nautilus I got speeds of approx. 60/60 MB/s, but when mounting the good old way from terminal
sudo mount -t cifs //freenas/x/y -o user=test /mountpoint

I got 115/115 MB/s speed. Don't know why yet but if you use linux as client and se bad cifs performance you could try this.

Acctually I got 117,5MB/s freenas---> laptop But 123,5 laptop to freenas, now I just need to bump my downloadspeed from freenas to 123,5 as well.
