I have recently set up a NAS using FreeNAS with 2x 6TB HDD in Mirror mode and 2x 128GB SSD in Stripe mode. I have a direct sfp+link to tge server withput anything in between, but the connection to the server is constantly crashing. I see the drives, i see the folders, but once i open 3 or 4 folders or go back and forth with the navigation bar, windows explorer stops working.
Also, I do only get a peak of 350MBs writing from a NVME drive to the ssd raid..
Anyone has some suggestions?
