Will it upgrade? E8400 x 2 16GB

More of a "Will it FreeNAS11" question.

Platform Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU L5410 @ 2.33GHz
Memory 16328MB
Raid card SAS2008 (4TB Raid1) + (120GB SSD Raid1)
Board S5000XVNSATA ( I know its old, don't expect you to know if it will or wont work)

My current 9.10 install is a little flaky after a few years of upgrades, I get a "No entry has been found" error on the Available plugins page amongst other things so I was going for a fresh clean install when I noticed FreeNAS 11. I know my CPU wont support bhyve for VMs but I can live with that for now until I build something new. Just need to know if I can run the collection of plugins I currently run on 9.10 one way or another:

• CouchPotato
• OwnCloud or NextCloud, not fussed
• Plex
• SickRage
• Transmission

Jails are essentially unchanged, but the jails manager is being replaced in 11.1, so I'd suggest waiting a bit more and avoiding an extra reconfiguration.
