What Application to Use for Auto-Processing of Movie Files

Currently I'm using Transmission and SickChill to auto process TV shows. SickChill automictically grabs torrents and loads them into Transmission. After download is complete SickChill auto processes (extracted if archived and moved to the correct folder). I would like to be able to manually load movie files and then have them auto processed. What program can I use to do this with movies? Also If you someone knows a guide to set it up. Mainly just what application I can use. I'm sure I can figure out how to set it up. I would like to be able to load files remotely as well. Any help would be much appreciated.

If you want tons of control and even scripting ability I suggest you look into FileBot. It can be used to automate various movie and TV show file processing. Although I'm not sure if it runs on Core. Definitely works on Scale.
