Western Digital WD10EZRX questions

Hello,

I want to build a new FreeNas box and I've 5 Western Digital 1TB IntelliPower SATA-III 6Gbps 64MB - WD10EZRX disks, and I need some information on the following:

- This hard drives have already the 4k sector thing?
- Do I need to use the WDIDLE to use the power down saving on this disks?

Any help would be appreciated.
