Weekly backup of TrueNAS to another TrueNAS

Hi,
I've main system with TrueNAS 13 Core with RaidZ pool. I would like to backup complete pool to another local machine with TrueNAS 13 Core weekly or every 3 days. I've found some information about backup but it was about FreeNAS and also I'm not sure if I should use Rsync Task or Replication Task, should I push from main system or pull from backup system?

I use a push replication task every 6 4 hours to backup my entire primary NAS box to my secondary. It works well.

EDIT - Reading @awasb 's comment about speeds, I add that I have 10G cards in each of my boxes and a direct connection between them on a different subnet than my main LAN. Once the first snapshot of a series is sent over, the subsequent incremental transfers are very fast: example

Same over here. Use zfs-replication. It's way faster (over a fast network done locally almost "native" speeds).
