Warden/IOCage Migration Script

For me, and anybody else that needs a down and dirty quick set of instructions, how do we migrate our Warden jails to the new IOCage in 11.2-RELEASE?

Say I have a Warden jail called "plex-server". What would I do to migrate that sucker and recreate it in IOCage?
