Volume Encryption

Hi Guys, just ab it in doubt about the volume encryption. Is there any chance to a encryption after files are already stored?

Nope, this is full-disk encryption only that has to happen before the volume is formatted on top of the disks.

What could I do in that case, install 2 new HDD's do the encryption there and then bring the data to those 2 drives? Afterwards I need then to format the existing ones encrypt those ones and finally rewrite the data there as well?

Something like that, yes. But be aware that this is not encryption for the faint of heart. A small mistake and your data will never be accessible again (some philosophize that the data is destroyed) - make sure to read up on encryption very thoroughly before deploying it.
