VM Not Booting after 11.3 Upgrade

I was at Freenas 11.2-U7 and just updated to 11.3. Now after the update, I cannot start my DockerHost VM. When I attempt to start it, I get a "timeout" error for GRUB. Attached is an image of the exact error:

I attempted to clone the VM so that I would have a backup in case troubleshooting broke my VM, but when I tried I got the following error:

Below is a screenshot of my storage configruation that pertains to this. I've pointed out the main VM volume as well as the additional volume I've attached to hold the configs from my docker containers.

I'm not sure what logs to review or how to proceed. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
