Ok I am new with TrueNas and while the system has been running for some time I beleive I have had this performance likely since the begining

I have slow speed with SMB but even my local VMs are getting between 542.48 kB/sec and 12.01 MB/sec

sudo hdparm -Tt /dev/sda
/dev/sda:
Timing cached reads: 42570 MB in 2.00 seconds = 21327.66 MB/sec
Timing buffered disk reads: 52 MB in 7.28 seconds = 7.14 MB/sec

Almost no CPU usage

Not even sure where to begin. Have seen some say cables and I can try to swap them out, what else do I want to look at. Really appreciate any help
