Very puzzle network issue: rx and tx are not symmetry

Freenas and my PC are connected by directly cat6 cable or crossing a 1g-base switch, whatever the results were same.

Check simplex/duplex mode (should be 1000BaseT/duplex)
Check QoS or packet prioritization.
Sniff the network (Wireshark)
