Upgrade?

I built a media server 6 years ago based on FreeNAS 0.66 (OS FreeBSD 6.1-RC) and was wondering if it was time to update. What update methods are available to me from this starting point? Where can I download the update files?

Reinstall. FreeNAS < 0.8 is very different from FreeNAS => 0.8.
Or look at NAS4Free, see if they have an upgrade path.
