Update uninstalled netlink

I am running Core 13. I updated my system a few days ago to 13.0 U4 I believe, and it ended up disabling all of my plugins/jails, and the reason why seemed to be that pkg was uninstalled. I got it installed but it the jails failed to work still. Then I decided to manually update to 13.0 U5. Now it just bootloops, giving a giant error saying in KLD linux_common.ko: depends on netlink - not avallable or version mismatch. I have checked, and netlink is not installed anymore and I can use the UI for more than 10 seconds. Should I try reinstalling the OS and restoring data with the db file I downloaded from the last time I updated? Any help is welcome.
