Hello all.

I am running FreeNAS as follows:
11.2-U7 on a box with
15769 MiB
AMD A4-5050 APU with Radeon(TM) HD Graphics
2 x 4TB WD Red

Ive got two Jails running. Both are up per the iocage list command. I have one running the 11.2 release and one on the 11.3 release.

The 11.3 release is running a Unifi Controller - or rather was... recently I've noticed I cant access it via its assigned IP (eg 192.168.1.xxx:8443) from my Mac (both Safari and Firefox give the same result - server cannot be reached). There are no firewalls rules in play - or at least none that I've changed recently. I can ping the IP from the Mac and my Mac from the jail shell.

Any ideas what is going on?

I am not against a rebuild, but first need to extract the backup from the jail - any ideas how to do this? I have not got a local copy.

Did you verify that you have services running by the user Unifi in your jail?

Go to the Jails tab, go to your unifi jail, open shell then enter this:
Code:
ps -aux

At the very least you should see openjdk and mongod running. Then you need to verify that the IP hasn't changed if you are running DHCP dynamically:
Go to Jails tab, Unifi, hit arrow and verify under DHCPv4 it matches the IP you are typing into your browser.
