Hello
I've spend some hours now trying to figuring out this but no luck, i've read every post about it and tried a lot of things
the error is when installing any plugins, default configuration (dhcp):

System
Code:
root@freenas:/libexec # uname -a

Setting manual ipv4 i hit the error with repo http://pkg.cdn.trueos.org unable to fetch package
I tried with the iocage command directly:
Code:
4 20:10 wget https://raw.githubusercontent.com/bott0r/iocage-plugin-emby/master/emby-server.json
5 20:10 iocage fetch -P dhcp=on vnet=on bpf=yes allow_raw_sockets=1 -n emby-server.json --branch 'master'

i lost connection to freenas, i need to reboot but then i see my jails/service running, still cannot access it.
When i stop/start it i got this error:

Code:
root@freenas:/libexec # iocage start emby

Ok so the issue:
[EFAULT] Exception: URLError:< urlopen error [Errno 8] hostname nor servname provided, or not known > occured
is when retrieving the artifact from git, ie:
https://github.com/freenas/iocage-plugin-emby

So i cloned the repo in a folder, change the plugin json file to target my folder and it works:

Code:
root@freenas:~ # iocage fetch -P dhcp=on vnet=on bpf=yes allow_raw_sockets=1 -n emby.json
Plugin: Emby
  Official Plugin: True
  Using RELEASE: 11.2-RELEASE
  Using Branch: 11.2-RELEASE
  Post-install Artifact: /root/iocage-plugin-emby
  These pkgs will be installed:
    - multimedia/emby-server
    - multimedia/ffmpeg

Testing SRV response to iocage-plugins
Testing DNSSEC response to iocage-plugins

Installing plugin packages:
  - multimedia/emby-server...
  - multimedia/ffmpeg...

Fetching artifact...

Branch 11.2-RELEASE does not exist at /root/iocage-plugin-emby!
Using "master" branch for plugin, this may not work with your RELEASE

Running post_install.sh

Command output:
emby_server_enable:  -> YES
Starting emby_server.

Admin Portal:
http://10.0.0.43:8096

Still it should works from the UI and i guess there is a "bug" somewhere
anyway hope it will help someone else
cheers
