Hello folks,

New to TrueNAS and overall it's been very good but I have run into a problem that I haven't been able to solve searching on the forums/Google and am hoping someone more knowledgable can point me in the right direction.

I am trying to install an Ubuntu LTS server on a VM on the system. I have verified that the processor supports the VM extensions required for bhyve hypervisor. I have followed the instructions here and have read this. My problem is that the VM does not proceed beyond the Grub splash screen, I don't get the grub menu and the system does not proceed beyond this point.

The ISO image is located on a Windows share (on the system) and is world readable. I have tried with both ubuntu-20.04.5-live-server-amd64.iso and ubuntu-22.04.1-live-server-amd64.iso.

Here is the screenshot of the console
