System/Plugin Updates

I perform a fresh in stall of 11.2 U2.1 and installed EMBY server about a month ago, got EMBY up and running. I am using version 3.5.3. The list of available Plugins shows that 3.5.3.0 is the most recent available. I have seen at various sites that the plugin is now at version 4. I suspect that my system and plugins are not seeing any updates from the outside world. I've searched various blogs and have tried some of the suggestions posted. I can ping 8.8.8.8. An odd note is that I could not install EMBY with DHCP enabled, once I used a static IP address, I was able to install the Plugin. Any Ideas

We're unable to provide an update to Emby version 4 until we get clarity on its new license (https://www.reddit.com/r/emby/comments/ah7083/emby_deleted_github_issues_regarding_gpl_and/). There is a feature request for the update: https://redmine.ixsystems.com/issues/70842.
