Hello freenas user,
I plan to migrate my nas from openindiana to freenas or freebsd.
I have currently a single pool of 4TB composed of 2 mirror vdevs (with 2TB seagate disks).
One of the disk has some reallocated sector, so I need to change it. Moreover, I would like to add some space to my pool, by adding a new mirror with two 3TB WD green disks. A third 3TB WD will take also replace the faulty disk.
Is it a good idea? Or should I really move to raidz2?
