Starting Over with Version 9.3

Made some mistakes setting up freenas and would like to just start over. No data to loose just don't like the naming system I used, and a few other plugin problems that were my fault.

Can I use the same iso USB drive to install over my same boot USB drive and have a brand new install? Then start setting it up again from scratch?
