Hi,
Just creating a post in case anyone comes across this issue in the future.
I bought a couple of Solarflare SFN6122Fs, one for a TrueNAS box and one for my PC. TrueNAS box had no problems with it but when I installed the drivers using the setup.exe file form Xilinx it incorrectly installed the 7122 series drivers.
This meant that when Windows booted up the NIC was starting and looked to be working but wouldn't pass any network traffic until it was Disabled and Enabled.
I manually changed the drivers to the 6122F drivers and that fixed the issue, see steps below.

Remaining issues:
- Unable to ping the IP Address assigned to the PC or 127.0.0.1 from the PC, returns with - General Failure. Doesn't stop anything workings, other devices can still talk to the PC fine just remember to turn off Windows Firewall for the required apps/ports
- Open Device Manager
- Expand Network Adapters
- Right click the Solarflare SFN7122F
- Select Update Driver
- Select Browse my computer for drivers
- Select Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer
- Untick 'Show compatible hardware'
- Should automatically select the Manufacturer as Solarflare
- Scroll up on the Model page and find the Solarflare SFN6122F SFP+ Server Adapter
- Select Next
- Select Close
- Browse to NIC Software and Drivers
- Scroll down to Drivers and Software
- Select SFN5000-8000 Series
- Download Windows x64 (64-bit) Driver Package
- Use something like WinRAR to export the contents of the .exe
- Open Device Manager
- Expand Network Adapters
- Right click the device for the Solarflare NIC, can't remember what it says before drivers are installed
- Select Update Driver
- Select Browse my computer for drivers
- Select Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer
- Untick 'Show compatible hardware'
- Should automatically select the Manufacturer as Solarflare
- Scroll up on the Model page and find the Solarflare SFN6122F SFP+ Server Adapter
- Select Next
- Select Close
