SOLVED Snapshots

Hi community,

"RAIDZ2" (ZFS POOL)
-QNAP(Dataset)
---Video (Dataset
-------Files
---Audio(Dataset)
-------Files
---Bla(Folder, no dataset)
-------Files

If i do a periodic snapshot task for "QNAP" will it "safe" only the bla folder or will it also include video. audio dataset?

Or do i need to have a snapshot for every dataset?

Snapshots do not include child datasets unless they're recursive. That's an option in the snapshot task GUI.
