What is your question? Why you have authentication error messages? Do a Google search for your error message and you would be amazed at what help you will find. This is not a FreeNAS issue, it's Sickbeard and it's really lack of proper configuration. I don't use Sickbeard yet I found the solution to your problem in 15 seconds. Please do a little leg work before posting a question.
