Forgive me if I missed a thread on this already, I did some searching but mostly come up with email alert issues and this thread.
My goal is to collect (and by extension backup) email from the multiple email services I already use. These are gsuite (for work), microsoft (the university uses) and my ancient personal account on yahoo. I have no intention to send email from my own domain or anything that would require reputation concerns, all mail would be sent through one of the above.
My current understanding is that I run dovecot in one docker and roundcube in another. However it doesn't seem to be well documented so I am wondering if this is a bad idea or there are better options that I am just completely unaware of? Also none of these apps seem to have a chart, which also makes me wonder if I am going down the wrong path.
Any advice/feedback would be great.
