Reporting charts not visible

Back in October when I upgraded my TrueNAS server from 12.0-RC1 to 12.0-RELEASE I noticed that the charts in the reporting tab were no longer visible. On reading the TrueNAS forums I noted that others had found this problem and that changing the Web dashboard theme sometimes fixed the problem. I tried that and it didn't for me. I also noted that a bug fix for this had been issued. I've recently upgraded to 12.0-U1 and the problem is still there.

As the actual values to be charted are correct in the table to the RHS of the chart and the time axis of the chart is correct I'm assuming that the underlying measurements are being recorded correctly, however the ordinate (Y) axis is always scaled 0 to 1 and the actual chart traces aren't visible no matter what the parameter to display is. See below for an example.

Is there anything else others have tried to fix this problem?
