Have a 6tb drive, showing bad sectors, da14

I put a new 6tb drive in a new slot, da24

I did storage->Selected volume1->Volume status button at bottom
Did select da14, said replace, pulled down da24

Worked fine, resilver took 31 hours.
No, the old did not go offline, i think. But no longer shows in the volume1 list of disks, so I cannot take offline, since it only shows under Storage>View disks. Only options there are wipe or edit.

Since the new drive is in the raid array now, can i just unload the bad da14? It should just diappear, correct??

Yes, I think it did...
But no longer shows in the volume1 list of disks,
Because of this. Also because that's what happens--when you replace a disk in-place (i.e., without first offline-ing the disk you're replacing), the disk that you've replaced is automatically taken offline once the replacement finishes. You should be good to remove da14; it's no longer part of your pool.
