Rejoin to AD domain

I joined the TrueNAS to my AD domain and then remove it from here. But now, then I trying to join it to same domain, it is nothings happen.
DC are available. Ping is going.
I wrote to techsupport, but they answered that it is only for corporate level support.
Then the TrueNAS is really bad.

IX only support their own software on their own hardware to paying customers.
IX provide TrueNAS (Core or Scale) to anyone that wants it - FOC
But support is community based.
If you find a bug then you can report it, they will look and fix it if it is a bug. Thus we are effectively early adopters / beta testers for IX in return for free access to the software - and I think IX gain enourmously from the relationship - as do we. It really is a win win.
