Which process is the repetitive one?

Sorry it was a wrong photos!

Is the first one:

Command: Python2.7

With this process my drive never goes on standby! :(

You shouldn't expect it to. Your system will be constantly writing logs, doing maintenance tasks, and other things that will access the pool.

That process is for the FreeNAS GUI so it's needed... It' s more likely that the system isn't going into standby due to writes to the system log and reporting database.
