recover zpool that can't be imported

Had some issues with the motherboard of the old system. I moved the disk to a different system and made no changes to export previously. When the system boots it finds the pool but cant import due to the faulted state captured below. How do I determine which disk it is reporting as offline. I am not sure how to correlate the highlighted number to the serial number. If I isolate that disk would I still be able to import the pool?

If your drives have activity lights, you can go from identifier to light with dd if=/dev/da4 of=/dev/null bs=1024k count=5000

with what result? (clearly not an imported pool it seems, but other output may have provided some clues)

I note that the pool is showing as "corrupted data" at this point.

What's your hardware setup?

The pool is currently in a Ryzen build and leverages a LSI 9300-16i HBA for connection to all drives. All 14 drives in pool show up in GUI but for some reason I cant figure out what drive is reporting as offline to try to remediate.
