Recommendations for 2U 8 + 3.5" hot swap < 25.5" in depth

Looking to finally start building out a rack mountable chassis but finding anything less than 25.5" deep is challenging - hoping for around 20ish inches.

I've found these but they aren't exactly accessible for the home labber.
