Hello all, thanks in advance for any help that you can give me here. I am running v 9.2-release-p4, I have 6 drives split into two raidz1's. I recently bought 3 shiny new 4tb drives to replace the 3 1tb drives that were there in order to get some new storage space. I took each drive offline one by one and replaced them, went through the resilver process with no problems. I now have a ton of space which is awesome, all of my data appears intact. But I also have two errors to figure out.

The first is a SMART error on one of the new drives, a 184 End-to-End_Error message. Should I get this drive replaced? I tried different SATA ports and cables and get the error no matter what.

The second problem is that the new drives are giving me a message:
status: One or more devices are configured to use a non-native block size. Expect reduced performance.

Is this fixable, I can't seem to find out anything about this one?

184 tells you that the on board cache/buffer on the HDD is generating checksum error, meaning it it likely broken.
Replace the drive.
