Proftpd failed: Directory not empty

Hey guys I am getting this error in the console, I am having files be transferred to my server it will upload the first file but it will produce this error after a short period :(

Any ideas? thanks! :D

What action is the ftp client performing that results in that error?

the client is a NVR device that is uploading to my recordings, that its causing this error
