Power consumption of Supermicro X10DRL-C with single E5-2620 v4? (or comparable system)

I have and option to get the following components very cheap
- Supermicro X10DRL-C
- 1x Xeon E5-2620V4
- 32GB ddr4 ECC memory
- Supermicro 4U Active CPU Heat Sink Socket LGA2011

I would really appreciate some first hand power consumption numbers from that kind of a system.
CPU is 85W TDP, so should be fairly efficient, what about motherboard does server motherboards use any more power then regular PC boards ?

What about noise, how loud would be this CPU cooler ?
