Pool Online but Unhealthy

I have a RaidZ2 pool with 10 WD Red 4Tb, and its working but unhealthy, i don`t view errors in smart and "only" 3 read error in ada0 disk, Maybe it could be a random controller error? here are the output:

I try to test long smart test in ada0 but i cancel because tell me 8 hours, but conveyance test passed well, this are the last tests passed, any idea???

Yes. You at least need to run the long test.

Finally i make a zpool clear, as I read in the link it can be occasional, if it happens again then I will do a long test, the bad thing is that it says 8 hours....

What is bad about that? It's related to the size of the drive.

This mindset will make you lose your data. Forewarned is forearmed.

Also conveyance is not appropriate in this situation, as it usually verifies the mechanical parts of the hard disk to ensure that no handling damage occured. It is better than nothing, but not trustworthy enough to justify not running a long test.
