Since yesterday, it is reporting
Pool NAS-data state is OFFLINE: None.

root@BiD-NAS[~]# zpool status -v

This came without any prior warning about potential problems.

Can anyone please help me? I have a video project stored on that drive and need it recovered ASAP.

Thanks.

stored on that drive
So your pool consisted of only one disk? That could only mean you didn't care about your data. Why is it now important?

In any event, it's not at all clear what's going on. da0 appears to be your boot device of ~240 GB. da1 is a ~8 GB device, whose partition table is damaged. Do you have any other disks in the system? camcontrol devlist would let you know if your system sees any other disks; zpool import would show if any pools are available to import.

I am using HP ProLiant DL380 Generation 5 (G5) with 8 drives - 1 is an SSD for the OS and the rest are Seagate 2TB drives.
It has 16 Gigs of RAM

What else is needed?

No idea what the 8GB dev is. Please see attached, for requested info.

Edit: and what's the 8GB device showing up as da1?

??? Why? It was working fine for months.
Right. Until it didn't any more. There's a reason they're universally discouraged with ZFS. See:

There probably isn't any hope, unless you can recover the array using your RAID controller. However you've configured the array for those seven 2TB disks, your RAID controller is presenting itself to FreeNAS as a 228 GB single disk, so something's clearly gone very badly wrong. And the controller hides all the details from the OS, so FreeNAS has no way of seeing what's going on (and warning you about it, or potentially fixing it). And for some reason, your boot device is on your RAID controller--then you've got a USB stick there not doing anything that I can see.

Do you have any kind of configuration screen for the RAID controller? If this is going to be repairable, I'm thinking that's where it's going to need to happen.
