plugins wont switch on....HELP

hi all am new to all this have been using freenas for a while i have been trying to get sabnzbd and sickbeard/sonarr to work, have got very close to having it all come together but.. im not sure what i have done now as when i install anything it comes up on the installed plugins grayed out see pics SONARR

have deleted and reinstalled but get same result wont switch on just says an error has occured.
