Yea it's definitely big. My MicroATX case is going to look tiny in it haha.

are you sure the Memory you have is OK with this Mobo?
it supports up to 32GB, I'm guessing 4x8GB...

I actually linked to the wrong RAM in my OP. I've fixed the link with the correct RAM that I have in my possession.

After much consideration I've decided to go with one 6-Drive RAIDz2 zpool and will use the money from some other tech items I'm selling to put towards a second 6-Drive zpool in a separate physical node to use for local backups. Obviously my 3TB mirrored 2-bay NAS won't suffice anymore for local backups seeing that my zpool will be 12TB of usable storage :D.
