Odd network traffic

Just wondering if anyone has any ideas where I can start testing this, I was transfering a large amount of data over CIFS to a SATA drive on another PC and my Traffic for the entire transfer was really spiky. Just looks super odd to me I dont think it should be acting this way. Got any ideas where I can start testing?

That spike is 100 kbits, or roughly 12.5kbytes. That's nothing more than background traffic. Ignore it.
