Not able to connect to freenas

Ok, I connect to my freenas system through AFP. All of a sudden I cannot connect to the system through AFP at all, everytime it trys to connect i get this error msg

There was a problem connecting to the server “FreeNAS”.
The server may not exist or it is unavailable at this time. Check the server name or IP address, check your network connection, and then try again.

I can still connect through the GUI IP.

This seamed to happen straight after I used the GUI shell to make a directory within the jail

scripts being the folder...

any ideas?

also it seamed to make the dir ok
