Hi folks,
I'm new on the forum and here to say hello from London.
I'm reasonably experienced in the IT world as a generalist, so I have experience in Windows 3.1 - Windows10, Cisco and PAN firewalls, Cisco switches, Openfiler, Fibre SANs etc but I'm intending to build my first FreeNAS using my own kit at home.
I have personal data going back 15-20 years that I'd hate to lose, which is currently stored only on a ReadyNAS unit that's due for replacement but that's for another thread.
FreeNAS looks fanastic so I'm quite keen to get it setup.
