That'll be "FreeNAS X", right? We can call if FNX for sort. :D
Only if it incorporates some sort of SDN/NFV stack... One box can run the interwebz, right?

I like to call Mac OS X "Mac Oh Ess Exx" just to P.O. the Mac fanbois.

What fun it would be if iXsystems adopts such a stupid affectation.

"I'm running Eff Enn Ten on an Eye Ten Systems server".

I hope the extended alpha will keep us from saying "F'n Ten" too many times. :p

I can still open a feature request and pay for the development of it just to kill the trolling in this thread :D

Of course I won't, I'm a cheap bastard that wants to become his own ISP off a Virgin Media cable link. Double NAT is indeed what I want to do and is *very* error prone. I'll order myself a 5 port decent switch to get it over with then.

P.S.: D-link is *****, don't recommend that to anyone.

The "D" is for diarrhea. You can figure out the rest.

Use the IPMI tool to reset fan speeds to minimum, run a scrub, run burnBX, then set your food on top of the NAS. My lunch is cooking right now. Such dumb n00bie questions all the time...
