I've changed Solarstorm with Intel and it looks like everything works! Whole year it messed my mind. VmWare Solarstorm driver is just a piece of sh#t.

Glad things worked out for you. I'm sure you will be very please with Intel NICs, they are very solid and pretty much globally supported IMHO.
