need help with diy nas hardware

this is what i've come up with so far

Motherboard - ASRock E350M1 Fusion
CPU - integrated
Memory - Corsair 8GB (2x4096MB) CL9 1333Mhz VENGEANCE LP
PSU -Corsair CX 430W 80+ Bronze
Storage - 3 x 2TB WD Red
Case - Fractal Design Node 304

need to know if this is a good setup or if not what i should change

you have to let us know, for what reason you are building it. Just home use?

some thoughts:
1. don't use raid 5 with so big drives. When one drive fails and another will have silent data corruption it will be a problem. Another problem is that rebuilding will take too long.
2. check your motherboard on manufacturer web site if its compatible with freebsd 8.3 in OS compatibility section. It it is, it will work.

I Will mostly use it for my media but also for backup for my computers
