Need Help to build new FREE-NAS

Acer Aspire Athlon X2 4GB DDR2

• Athlon X2 5000+
• 4GB DDR2 320GB HDD Capacity
• 2 3 tb hard drive
• 1 500gb hard drive
• 1 tb old free nas hard drive after upgrading from 8.21 to new version lost my data
• ATI Radeon 2100 IGP

I like to setup two drive as raid drive unless someone can advice another solution

when i setup raid for 3 new two hard drive and i am start getting BTX error

I planing to change onchip sata type in bios to ahci

I was hoping some how i can run two drive on raid and 3rd drive to mount later on to get my data back if i am lucky

500 gb drive is just an extra drive

Please advice how to do this I will appericiate your help
