Monitor progress of rsync task between 2 freenas boxes

I have 2 FreeNAS boxes ... both same latest version...I have created rsync task to rsync a folder on main freenas folder to the remote freenas box. I am running the task now, and know it will take some time for the initial run, as the original folder is about 800G -- I have made a backup of the data on another device.

Is there a way to monitor how far along the task is ??? some kind of progress bar or % indicator ?? The only way I have tried is monitoring the disk usage of the pool on the remote machine -- it is at 666G so far ...

I think rsync has a switch for progress --progress or -P give that a try.

OK - good to know -- I am doing this with the GUI -- is there a place to put any switch information ?
