Hello,
This morning I did a fresh install of FreeNAS 9.10 so that I could use a new USB 3.0 flash drive. I was using IPMI to install from the ISO i downloaded. When I went to configure the NIC for a static IP address outside the scope of DHCP i received the following messages:
Apr 20 12:09:21 freenas mDNSResponder: mDNS_Register_internal: ERROR!! Tried to register AuthRecord 00000008014A7D60 freenas.local. (Addr) that's already in the list
Apr 20 12:09:21 freenas mDNSResponder: mDNS_Register_internal: ERROR!! Tried to register AuthRecord 00000008014A8180 200.1.168.192.in-addr.arpa. (PTR) that's already in the list
This message appeared when trying different static IP address as well as when I tried different nics. I can still access the webGUI but am uncertain as to what is going on. Anybody have any insight by chance. A quick google search showed that this what a former bug back in 9.2.x but not sure if I maybe just messed something up.
