Hello All,

Some of you may have seen my thread from yesterday regarding the GPTZFSBOOT: Error 187 LBA XXXXXXXXXX I was getting on boot. Thanks to the help of @Redcoat I was able to solve that issue.

Unfortunately I now have a new one to deal with. The boot procedure is much cleaner after that BIOS setting change but now I get this error:

max size error 1
metaslab.c:2422:metaslab_load_impl(): metaslab_load: txg78171, spa Temp,vdev_id 0, ms_id 31, smp-length 272, unflushed_allocs 0, unflushedfrees 16384, freed 0, defer 0 + 0, unload time 38586 ms, loading_time 15 ms, ms_max_size17179869.

It repeats about 6 times but then boots fine. I'd post the actual extract from the boot log but I'm not sure how to do that.

Anyone have any ideas?

Decided to just do a clean install and that seems to have fixed the error I was getting. Dunno what actually fixed it so I won't mark the thread "Solved".
